What a massive day at the Sawtell Chilli Festival! 🌶️🔥
The weather turned it on, the crowds brought the best energy, and the vibe was absolutely cracking from start to finish. A massive shoutout to everyone who stopped by, had a yarn, and braved to try all kinds 🌶️ food!
Whether you were stocking up on your favourites, trying a sample that brought a little tear to your eye, or just stopping by to check out the setup, you made the day an absolute standout.
The Mid North Coast community spirit was on full display, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible support.
We are packed down exhausted but completely wrapped with how the day went. Time to put the feet up and fire up the BBQ!

Spice Up Your Saturday to the most anticipated chilli festival on the Mid North Coast! 🌶️
Uncle Blueys is officially rolling into the Sawtell Chilli Festival this Saturday, and we’re bringing the heat!
To celebrate, we’ve gone a little mad scientist in the kitchen. For this festival only, we are dropping a strictly limited, exclusive batch of Chilli Extra Biltong. We’ve taken our premium, air-dried steak and cranked the spice dial all the way up.
Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

The Vibe: Pure family chaos. We’re face painting, market stalls, and kids running around with enough energy to power a small village. Parents, if you need a survival kit to get you through the morning, skip the fairy floss and come straight to Uncle Bluey. Our biltong is 100% kid-approved and jaw-tiring (you're welcome).
