🥕 WE HAVE A CONFESSION...

We don't really know what we're doing when it comes to Facebook marketing. 😂

Every week we sit down and think, "Right... what on earth are we going to post this week?"

Then we take a photo of some fruit, write something we hope is mildly interesting, hit POST and cross our fingers. 😂

We've been doing this for years, and we're still trying to work out the secret formula.

Apparently you need the perfect photo, the right words, the right time, engagement, algorithms, hashtags and probably a full moon...

Or maybe you just need to put some really good fruit and veg in a box. 🤷‍♂️😂

So we'll keep doing what we're actually good at: finding yummy, fresh, local and ethically sourced food and getting it to your door.

Facebook wizardry? Still working on that one. 😂

Sometimes it's worth slowing down for a minute and appreciating the simple things.

We've had some absolutely beautiful weather lately. Crisp mornings, blue skies, sunshine and those gorgeous days that make you want to get outside and enjoy them. ☀️

We live in a pretty amazing part of the world, and even with everything going on around us, there is still so much to be grateful for.

Family. Friends. Good health. A roof over our heads. Fresh food on the table. A beautiful sunrise. A laugh with someone you love. Even a quiet cup of coffee in the morning. ☕️

These are pretty unprecedented times, and it's easy to get caught up in the noise of it all. But sometimes the best thing we can do is take a breath, look around and appreciate what we do have.

From our little corner of the Scenic Rim, we're feeling pretty grateful today. 💚
