Our sophisticated Beef & Red Wine Pie is a tribute to a French classic.

Filled with tender Australian beef, slow-cooked with onion, carrot, tomato, beef bouillon and plenty of red wine, all encased in a buttery shortcrust base and finished with a golden, flaky puff pastry lid. Just serve with a side of mash and veg for a complete and fulfilling dinner.

Ivan’s Pies recently participated in a fabulous Trade Mission to Seoul to connect with local food businesses and the Korean market. We then exhibited at Foodex Tokyo along with many other passionate Victorian and Australian producers. We met amazing people and it was great to catch up with our awesome partners from Horizon Farms.

Our delicious all butter puff export pies and quiche were popular and enjoyed by both locals and Australia’s ambassador to Japan, Andrew Shearer. Thank you to the professional and knowledgeable teams at Global Victoria and Austrade for your strong and ongoing support.
