Some mornings, the day starts with a little magic. 🌈

I stepped outside this morning to find a rainbow stretching across the mountains…

And I couldn’t help wondering — perhaps the pot of gold isn’t at the end of the rainbow.

Perhaps it’s right here at Braidwood Farm Stay. ✨

Fresh country air. Mountain views. Horses in the paddocks. A quiet cup of coffee on the verandah while the world wakes up.

🦘☕️ Just another day at the café…

Looked out the window this morning to find one of our local visitors enjoying a quiet breakfast of her own. 🥰

There’s something pretty special about pouring a coffee, looking out the window and seeing wallabies relaxing around the garden.

And yes… that little face is absolutely adorable. ❤️

This is your reminder that sometimes the best farm-stay experiences aren’t the ones we plan — they’re the ones that wander past the window. 🌿🦘

🥖🌸 Blake baked baguettes, olive bread and currant loaves in baking class yesterday, then packed them into a basket for his grandparents today. ❤️

There’s something special about learning a skill and using it to make something for someone you love. Fresh bread, a sunny winter’s day and appreciated grandparents 🥖💕💫

🌿🐟 Look who’s moved into the dam! 🐟🌿

Today we welcomed 50 little silver perch fingerlings to their new home! 💦🐟

A huge thank you to Narrabri Fish Farm for supplying our new residents — and an even bigger thank you to YOU, our wonderful guests, for choosing to stay, ride, eat, explore and celebrate with us. ❤️

We really want you to know that your support is making all of these little farm dreams come together. The projects, the improvements, the animals, the gardens, the dam… it’s all happening because people like you keep choosing our little corner of the world. And honestly, we couldn’t be happier. 🥰

These little guys have a bit of growing to do, but in around 18 months they should be ready for fishing… and eventually making their way onto our dinner plates! 🎣🍽️

And watch this space! 👀 There’s a whole lot more planned for our little piece of paradise — a jetty, rotunda, fountain and fishing rods…

It’s pretty special watching the farm come together, one project at a time — and even more special knowing that our wonderful guests are helping make it happen.
