But some things are worth waiting a few extra minutes for.

Our pies aren't pulled from a freezer and reheated.
Our Cinnabuns aren't trucked in from a factory.
Our bacon and egg rolls aren't assembled by a timer.

They're made by real people, in a family-owned business, right here in Branxton.

Every pie mix, every batch of Cinnabuns, every coffee, every burger and every sausage roll is made with one goal in mind — giving you something we'd proudly serve our own family.

Fast food has its place.

Well... that escalated quickly.😎

Yesterday's Lotus Biscoff Cinnabuns disappeared faster than we expected, and we felt a little guilty for everyone who missed out.

So we've fired up the ovens again and made another batch for today!

PIESPIRATIONAL!

There's nothing wrong with an old-school favourite.
A good Steak & Gravy pie will always have its place.
But the pies we love most?
They're the ones that start as a crazy idea scribbled on a notepad... a pub meal you remember from years ago... a flavour combination that shouldn't work but somehow does... or a memory from a time when food was made to be enjoyed, not photographed.
At Branxton Steamhouse Cafe, we don't spend much time worrying about what everyone else is baking.
We look at classic pub meals, backyard BBQs, road trips, family dinners, late-night feeds and old-school favourites... then ask ourselves one question:
"What would that taste like in a pie?"
That's how creations like
✔️ El Hombre,
✔️ The Wingman,
✔️ Devil's Elbow,
✔️ The Gentleman

and our entire pie range ended up in the warmer.

Some ideas are a hit.... some ideas teach us something.
But every one of them starts the same way... the courage to back our own ideas or take a classic to the next level!
