Mid week recipe 📣
One pot sausage bolognese

You'll need:
500g Italian casalinga sausages (available instore)
1/2 cup red wine
1 Jar bolognese sauce
2 cups water
Pasta of your choice to serve.
Garnish of parmesan

Squeeze sausages from casings in to a medium heat pan and cook until brown
Add red wine, pasta sauce & water, bring to the boil.
Add pasta and simmer uncovered for 25 minutes until pasta is cooked.
Ready to serve 🤤

Mid week slow cooker recipe 📣
Easy Mild Chicken Curry

You'll need:
500g Diced chicken thigh (we can dice this for you 😉)
1 mild chicken curry recipe base
1 carrot
1 onion
2 potatoes (all veg peeled & chopped)
1/2 cup thickened cream
Rice to serve

Place diced chicken, vegetables & recipe base into slow cooker and stir
Slow cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Add cream 10 minutes before serving.
Serve on a bed of rice 😋

Super easy and delicious!
