There’ll be delicious local food, live music, fresh produce, coffee and plenty of artisan-made goodies if you’re still looking for that last-minute gift for Dad.

Make Dad’s day this Father’s Day! 🥃

Our Stroud Single Malt Wh**ky is aged for 8 years in Port Cask American Oak barrels, creating a rich, smooth wh**ky full of character.

Expect warm jersey caramel notes, a beautifully rounded mouthfeel and a finish that’s made for slow sipping 🌾

Want to learn more about the cheesemaking process?🐮

Watch to see how we begin turning this morning’s milk into cheese. It doesn’t get much fresher than that!

As the ladies come onto the turntable for their morning milking, our cheesemaker Tim connects the hoses so the fresh milk can be pumped directly from the dairy across to the cheese room 🥛

From there, it goes straight into the pasteuriser, where it’s gently heated to 67°C for around two hours to kill any harmful bacteria.

The milk is then cooled back down to 38°C and transferred out of the pasteuriser, ready for the next step in the cheesemaking process.
