What gets left behind matters.
Some of the best food we have ever eaten was cooked from recipes nobody ever bothered to print. Stained pages, scribbled margins, ingredients measured in handfuls and pinches. Techniques shown rather than told. Family kitchens, family hands, family memories.
We have spent a long time quietly working on a small range that honours those recipes. Made by us, blended in small batches, named with care.
The provisions are ready. We are nearly there.
