Winter is here, and with it comes a brand-new seasonal signature drink.

Featuring a Colombian wine-yeast and dried strawberry co-ferment, blended with a Brazil Natural, this batch brewed espresso delivers layers of ripe strawberry, creamy vanilla sweetness, and dessert-like complexity.

Served with your choice of milk, it's reminiscent of a strawberry cheesecake — rich, comforting, and surprisingly distinctive.

We brew a limited batch each day, so when it's sold out, that's it until tomorrow.
