First time I have sent wine for legit reviews 😂 and as a "L plate" wine maker im so bloody proud of these two wines! 2023 was my first ever vintage, which was the biggest yeild our vineyard has ever pulled, then 2024 vintage was literally the lowest yeild the vinyard has ever seen! As i was new to the industry i was very confused but "just kept swimming" 😂 and i managed to make some epic wines from both years with the help from some actual seasond wine makers 😅
Although we only had 1 full barrel of the 2024 Redtale, its also the first wine I sold out 🥳
And this Barbera is currently our top seller!!
This wine making business can be so full on, and take so long to put grapes to a bottle and call in wine.....but woweeee its very rewarding when the goods are good if not really good 🥰😍🤠

This is my neice Paytain, shes 15 and knows more about viticulture and wine making than most people do! Shes been here every other month for the last 4 years helping & learning as I do.
It warms my heart to be able to teach the next generation some real life work, real life community, real life "back to basics" living off the land, making things by hand and doing it with people you love and the community around you 🫶 The old saying really is true....its takes a village. Build the village first, the rest will come 🥰

Before the press. The fermentation has happened, sugar has now turned into alcohol, flavours have been extracted, colours are deepening, aromas are incredible, time to press and put the goods into barrels to mature for the next 8-12 months 😀

One of my favourite times in the process, its messy its grapes flying everywhere, its red & purple stained hands ✋️ 😍
