Running a successful business in a small country town can at times be quite a challenge. It can also be the most rewarding work you will ever do. In our business, we are very lucky to have an amazing staff team. All of whom go out of their way every day to ensure we provide the highest level of customer service and support.
We are incredibly grateful for all the wonderful working partnerships we share with our clients and customers. For the friendships that we have built with you all over the years.
And we are fortunate to also be able to ‘give back’ to our local community, through donations and sponsorships of many different sporting clubs and community organisations.
Yet, despite all these positives, there is still the sharp sting of disappointment when certain people take it upon themselves to shoplift and steal from our store .. Sadly, today is not the first time it has occurred, nor unfortunately is it likely to be the last. Those familiar with our store, know we have security cameras all over for the safety and well-being of our staff and customers.
So the question remains .. WHY?!!
Despite the disappointing theft, we are incredibly proud of the business we have built and incredibly grateful for the wonderful support we receive from our local Brim community.
And we will continue to work hard, to provide the best community store and service for you all, each and every day.
