CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
• Conditions of booking/entry are subject to Government and other regulatory legislation, health orders, directions and mandates that require compliance by law.
• Admission price includes a non-supervised, 90 min, sensory play session per child and the supervising adult.
• We reserve the right to deny admission to persons under the age of 14 unless accompanied by a supervisi
ng companion aged 18 or older.
• Published times of events may vary and are subject to change or cancellation without notice due to adverse weather conditions or other operational reasons.
• No alcohol or drugs of any type shall be bought onto the premises and you may be refused entry or evicted if we reasonably believe that you are adversely affected by drugs or alcohol.
• No glassware or sharp objects may be bought on to the premises.
• No animals may be brought onto the premises, except assistance or companion animals.
• Scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller blades or other equipment that may interfere with pedestrian traffic are not permitted.
• Vehicles are parked at your own risk. Unintended Consequences Australia Pty Ltd (The Company) will not be responsible for loss of, or damage to any vehicle, accessory or contents in, or on any vehicle.
• Smoking, va**ng and use of e-cigarettes are NOT permitted on the property.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the property for vandalism, stealing, offensive behaviour, offensive clothing, failure to properly supervise persons under your care, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with these Conditions of Entry.
• The company reserves the right to inspect your bags or other goods in your possession immediately upon request for security purposes.
• Any photographs, videos or sound recordings taken by you must be for personal use only. Any use, reuse or production for commercial purposes without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.
• The Company reserves the right to photograph guests at any time for security purposes or for use in connection with the promotional activities and general commercial operations of the Company. You expressly agree to the use of your image and likeness for these purposes without compensation.
• The use of image recording devices is not permitted in any change room or bathroom facility.
• Please report any incidents to staff immediately.
• Guests may not display anything that contains obscene, foul, profane, illegal or unacceptable language, photos, images, symbols, or phrases, etc.
• Please be advised that appropriate footwear must be worn at all times,
RESPONSIBILITY
• There are inherent risks in the participation in the activity or the interaction with animals. You, by your participation, accept the inherent risks of which a prudent person is or should be aware of. You should consider this participation an exercise in good judgement and act in a responsible manner while using the facility.
• Whilst all reasonable precautions are taken by The Company to ensure the safety of our guests participating in this experience, The Company shall not be responsible for any death or injury to any guest or loss of or damage to any property being worn or carried by any guests while participating in this experience.
• Guests must understand that even domestic animals have the mind of their own, and it is for your safety that participants must abide by the direction of the handler at all times.
• Adults / carers are responsible for persons under their supervision.
• You must act with good judgement and consideration, both for yourself and others, and refrain from behaviour which could affect your safety, the safety of others, the property of The Company, or the safety of the animals.
• You must obey all reasonable written and verbal instructions and warnings, given by The Company and its staff without objection.
• You are responsible for your own personal property.
• The Company takes all reasonable steps to provide you with a safe and enjoyable park. However, The Company will not be liable for any person in respect of the loss of life or personal injury to, any person, whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by any person’s negligence (including the negligence of The Company) or otherwise.
• In these Conditions of Entry, The Company includes the owner, the operator and all employed staff. REFUNDS
• Refunds on services are only available in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and will not be granted for change of mind. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
• You can cancel or reschedule your booking. Please understand that booking times are limited. If you must cancel or reschedule your booking, we respectfully request 72 hours’ notice. Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 72 hours’ notice of your need to cancel, we will credit to use in the next 12 months. However, if you do not cancel with at least 72 hours’ notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.
