Kenilworth BP Fuels station installed.
Beautiful little town and hundreds of caravans heading to the various sites.

Must have seen 90 Caravans wizzing by , we were only there for 5 hours there.🤩✅✅

Busy Busy and Very Busy in the warehouse. We have 7 new machines and we have time lines to install all of them of by 30 June 🤞.

First off the list installed is Bribie Island IGA - 91 Welsby Place, Bongaree

6 more positions - all Northside positions

Just a update on Phone Tap for Android Phones:
Had a customer called us saying that his phone tap payment was not successful.

We did a machine reset which normally solves 98 percent of time. However this didn’t resolve the issue. With Nayax ( yellow box) it has done an update which causes a small issue with Samsung phones with phone tap payments.

I have attached a screen shot which you need to go into setting on card wallet and need to change the setting to eftpos ( not auto)

After this change in the setting, the customer was able to transact.

We don’t believe this applies to Apple phones.

A shout out to my friend Marshall. I first met this man about 12 years ago at Lismore Carlovers. During Covid, there was a period of 4 weeks when the borders were closed, he came to the rescue and helped us with servicing the machines over the border.

Then came the Lismore floods, he has been our eyes on the floor. When down pours happens , he is there relaying the information.

Also not to forgot, he doesn’t live in Lismore, he lives in Goonellabah 🤩

Last week there was a pipe leak, Marshall again to the rescue. Saved us In Fuel and 3/4 of the day travelling down there.

Liberty Fuels station at Bryon bay has been installed. Extremely challenging conditions
With heavy winds, very heavy rain and totally not a day for installing a kiosk outside. The team was saturated from head to toe.

Other locations- Whole Life Byron is moving to a new premises in Banksia street, Byron Bay. Thee existing location in brigantine Street is not operational right now.
This installation will happen in the new premises next Thursday 19th March ( weather permitting 😆)

New other locations are being secured and details to come out shortly.

Customers ordering Bottles off the website- in the cart it mentions up to 4 weeks for delivery. When our team is servicing the kiosks , we deliver these on the schedule runs. That is how we offer free delivery🤩

Metro Sunnybank -138 McCullough street, Sunnybank just installed

BP North Maclean- has been under Construction for almost 1 year. This 2 x kiosk have fully serviced and cleaned this morning . It’s opening in 10 days 🙌🙌🙌
