Glenore Grove Convienence store- installed today. This position was probably the hardest to install with brand new lines delivered to the kiosk.

Pete the local plumber did heaps of crawling under the building for the new pipes.

Got it done finally💪🏽

Just a update on Phone Tap for Android Phones:
Had a customer called us saying that his phone tap payment was not successful.

We did a machine reset which normally solves 98 percent of time. However this didn’t resolve the issue. With Nayax ( yellow box) it has done an update which causes a small issue with Samsung phones with phone tap payments.

I have attached a screen shot which you need to go into setting on card wallet and need to change the setting to eftpos ( not auto)

After this change in the setting, the customer was able to transact.

We don’t believe this applies to Apple phones.

Have a great week everyone!
