A little moment for our cultured butter.

Made from scratch with locally sourced Jersey cream, whipped into butter, cultured for three days, then hung to develop its rich, tangy flavour.

We use it across our menus, but it has become something of a signature on our grazing tables, and one of those small details guests genuinely remember.

We make as much as we can from scratch. Your guests will taste the difference.
