Honestly I never thought I’d do anything in the education realm. I just didn’t think I had it in me! It’s amazing what can happen when you follow a passion. These classes are more than just mucking around with sausages, they’re a way to connect with like minded people. BBQ is as much about the people as it is about the food itself. As the late, great once said “Barbecue may not be the road to world peace, but it’s a start.” ❤️
