Thai Red Curry & Lychee Snags 🌶️🥥

When I lived in Newtown, my favourite Thai place did this incredible duck red curry with lychees that I was completely obsessed with. I can’t for the life of me remember the name of the place, but I definitely remember that curry.

So this is my sausage take on it.

Pork loaded with Thai red curry, lychees, coconut milk, fish sauce, fresh chillies, Thai basil, shallots, lemongrass, galangal, ginger and white pepper. Sweet, spicy, creamy and absolutely packed with flavour.

Reckon these deserve a spot in the next Big Bad Smallgoods drop? 👀

100% Australian pork, sourced from family farms, with the fat, marbling and flavour great pork should have.

Great sausages start with great meat, and I’m always looking for ways to give you guys the best possible product.
