Celebrating Women in the Mango Industry

This International Women’s Day, we celebrate the incredible women who are a driving force in the mango industry. Their contributions span every part of the sector, from managing day-to-day operations, HR, payroll, compliance, packing sheds, logistics, marketing, and customer relations, to leading research, innovation, strategic decision-making, and much more.

Women support the industry as growers, agronomists, pest scouts, marketers, researchers, members of advisory and leadership panels, and in countless other roles that help shape the present and future of Australian mango production.

To all the women contributing their expertise, energy, and leadership across the industry: thank you. Your dedication drives growth, innovation, and sustainability, and ensures the mango industry continues to thrive.
