Challenge yourself to be mindful of what you are eating!
Think twice if it has any of the below ingredients in it and try to avoid it😖
I know thats easier said than done so if you can’t resist it for whatever reason, just slowly wean yourself off these bad sugars (mainly) and have a very small amount or even just a lick so you can still enjoy the flavour and not the extra kilos it gives so generously.
Eventually you won’t even bother and by then you’ve probably already started following some youtuber or fb shortz chef for their easy nutritous meals 👌
Once you give up the sugar, you health will change dramatically for the better, you’ll start to glow and have more energy, you’ll even start shredding the kilos without going to the gym or even leaving the house 😉
