Today we discovered something seriously special…

Meet the Pulsan 💗
A rare little flavour bomb and cousin to the rambutan.

Sweet. Juicy. Tropical.
Like a lychee that went on holiday and came back extra fabulous.

Here’s the wild part —
Only 100kg grown in Australia… and we have a box. 😳

Now the big question is…
Do we eat them all ourselves?
Or do we bring them to market this weekend?

Good morning Macleay Family, we haven’t been able to have this post approved ok the Macleay page so If you want people to know about our last market of the year please share!!!!r

In the whizz bang lead up to Christmas this Saturday we have a huge…no whopping Saturday morning market with all of the fresh produce and Christmas goodies you could imagine available!!

Where is it Terri? Well it’s our weekly produce market down at the Macleay Island Progress Association Inc hall from 8am -12pm😊

Do you have lychees and cherries?? Please see pictures attached to the post, we have so many lychees and cherries and more stone fruit than you can poke a stick at!

The answer in fact to all of your questions is yes it’s at the market …..your Christmas fruit, your salads for the Christmas table, your Dutch creams and washed potatoes for potato salad, fresh sourdough and baguettes…it’s all there!!!

We also for the record plan on bringing a helluva lot of Christmas cheer so come on down and join the fun, grab your gear and a merry Christmas from us to you for everyone we don’t manage to see Saturday!

Also just a reminder that orders are closing this afternoon from 3pm for any deliveries on Monday to the Island and this will be our last market until the 10.1 when we return🌲🌲🌲

A gigantic Thankyou for your support this year, it means more than you know and I’ll say it again, Saturday is my favourite day of the week!!

💛 Shout out to our amazing bakery team! 💛

As wholesalers, we usually work quietly in the background, supplying some of the best establishments on the Bayside. But this week, while delivering some carrots, I caught wind of something extra special a Father’s Day Carrot Cake Croissant being trialed for the weekend.

At first, it wasn’t destined for wholesale orders… but with the best bakery team at hand, they went above and beyond so we too could celebrate Father’s Day with this masterpiece. 🥕🥐✨

👉 This weekend:
• If you’re on Macleay Island, you’ll find Carrot Cake Croissants stocked in our fridge.
• If you’re on the mainland, head to and treat yourself to this creation firsthand.

Might be a rainy day out there today but this weekend is lining up to be a cracker.
