New Year New Me
Enjoy myself with ppl I love at Hosokawa
They create a degustation menu for Christmas. How can we miss!
Start with tempura oyster - creamy and fresh taste of the oyster.
Good sushi set with fresh salmon but I would love the abjuring to be a bit burnt.
Seared scallop is so juicy and crispy.
Again the salmon clavicle is fresh good combination with the pickled vegetable
Finish with the wagyu. It is MB6. Not quite tender and it came in medium rare. I prefer medium. So this one is average for me.
Overall 6.5/10. Nothing wow me but the taste is there
Love the oyster and the scallop.
Return score - 10/10 lol I love this place because of the freshness of the ingredient and the reasonable price.
