The wait is over. Our Black Sesame Cake is finally live on our website 🥰

This Cake has layers of Black Sesame Chiffon, Kinako Mochi, Black Sesame Ganache, Black Sesame Mascarpone Cream Frosting and Sesame Tuille.

Available for the entire month of September.

If there's a flavor boss isn't the biggest fan of, it would be black sesame. But with a lot of kitchen testing ( A LOOOOOOTTT), we finally converted her. 😀

If you're not a fan of black sesame, hopefully this cake will make you like it.

The cake that didn't see the light of the day.

When we create new flavours in the kitchen, it always has to pass boss B's taste test. But sometimes, she also requests for bold cake ideas that might be yum for her but is something that I'm not convinced with.

So there it is, our halo halo cake that I will never do again 😅.
