I forgot to take photos of my recent functions bar a dessert dish. The dish is a summer Berry and stone fruit salad with mint, Toffee bowls and homemade chai and salted cashew butter ice cream. With some lovely flowers foraged from home.

N.b.* please excuse the dishes in the sink, I was working in a hotel apartment kitchen.

Note* All meals are diary free but as such, cashew and pinenuts were used to thicken the sauces to a delicious smooth richness.

Lastly but certainly not least...

Sage Herbed Gnocchi with a Veg packed Tomato and Olive Sugo.

This sauce contains a litany of fresh vegetables without tasting as healthy as it really is.
The sauce has carrot, onion, celery, zucchini, chilli and capsicum. All blended and emulsified into a smooth Tomato sauce that carries a soft olive undertone. Perfect for a healthy vegetarian dinner or add your own meat.

As this is a vegetarian dish the price is down to $12/pack!
