NEW!! Just look at that crumb 🥹💃 We worked our little spatulas off on this one, chasing big dreams of creating the perfect lemon cake that addresses all the ways other versions have left us wanting. The result? A moist, light crumb infused with a beautifully balanced lemon zing ⚡️🍋 Topped off with a delicious tangy lemon icing tinted with a hint of raspberry (because, well, it was too beautiful not to). And as always, crafted without dairy, animal products or gluten.. so that the whole gang can enjoy cake dates despite dietary differences 💛
