We’re excited to now offer premium Speckle Park beef direct to the public through Amore Fine Foods. 🥩

Our beef is sourced directly from Ivery Downs Speckle Park Farm and professionally butchered by the experienced local butchers, Butcher Co. Kalbar. Each animal is butchered as a complete, carefully selected offering, so every cut available comes directly from that animal. No blending, no bulk fillers, just traceable Australian Speckle Park beef from the farm to your table.

Speckle Park beef is known for its beautiful marbling, tenderness, juiciness and rich flavour, making it perfect for everything from a quick steak dinner to the barbecue or a slow-cooked family meal.

Because each animal provides only a limited number of each cut, availability is naturally limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
