The Ruchik Corner will be serving up some delish food at the Easter Dhamaka organised by the Mangalorean Catholic Association of Brisbane to be held on Saturday 13th April 2024.

With Easter creeping slowly upon us and Tuesday 13 Feb being Pancake/Shrove Tuesday I’ll be taking limited orders for pancakes.

For those unknown to the dish, these are freshly made crepes filled with a coconut and jaggery mix and enjoyed with tea or just gobbled up on their own.

- $10 for 5 pancakes
