Tucked away in Hatton Vale, Liquidus Distillery Pty Ltd has opened its cellar door, bringing small-batch gin and vodka, tastings and a new kind of afternoon to the Lockyer Valley. 🍋‍🟩🍉🍋🌿

The kind where the drive is part of the plan, the tasting turns into a chat, and nobody’s checking the time. 🚗

🍷 WE'RE OPENING! 🎉

The day we've been working towards is finally here!

What started as a dream has become a reality, and we're incredibly excited to welcome you to our new cellar door as we begin this exciting next chapter.

Many of you have followed our journey from the very beginning, and we're grateful for every bit of support along the way. Recently, we shared a glimpse behind the scenes through our story video, and now it's finally time to open the doors and welcome you in person.

To ensure every guest enjoys a relaxed and personal experience, bookings are essential. We have a number of operating requirements we need to comply with and, most importantly, we want to spend quality time with each of our visitors.

🥳 Another little milestone reached! 🥳

We’ve officially got our food licence! 🎉

That means we’re getting very close to confirming our cellar door opening dates and hours. We can’t wait to share them with you!

Of course, along the way we’ve discovered a few things we hadn’t quite thought through… 😂

Like, how do you actually put together and price a proper grazing plate?! 🧀🥩🍇

Luckily for us, we’re neighbours with Melinda and Peter from Schultes Butchery, and they’ve been incredibly helpful. They have a huge range of amazing products to choose from, which has made the whole process a lot more enjoyable — and a lot more delicious!

And because we can’t just work on one thing at a time… we’ve also been busy experimenting with some of the cocktails we’re thinking of offering, with each cocktail designed to showcase one of our spirits. 🍸

Did I also mention we want are learning how to use our commercial coffee machine☕️

There’s still plenty to work out, but things are definitely starting to come together!
