Chargrilled Fremantle octopus, saffron potato, smoked mussels, crumbed oysters and Champagne velouté. Crusty bread and butter. Finished with wild-caught scampi caviar.

The biggest plate on the trail, looking straight out over the water. If you're building your Sunday around one long lunch, build it around this.

Welcome to the Manly Harbour Village Seafood Showcase.

This isn't just another food event.
It's the beginning of something special.

On Sunday 2 August, Little Bayside Park comes alive with Australia's finest seafood, the producers who harvest it, local chefs, and the businesses that make Manly such an incredible place to visit.

At the park, 10am to 2pm. Free.
Meet the producers behind the product. Displays, tastings and the chance to ask the people who actually grow, catch and harvest Australian seafood how it's done. There's no ticket and no entry fee. Just come down.

Along the Food Trail, across the village.
Seven local venues are serving exclusive seafood dishes created for the day. Each venue has its own menu, its own prices and its own hours, so you can stop for a dozen oysters or settle in for a long lunch. Wander at your own pace and eat as much or as little as you like.

Our vision is simple:
To celebrate Australian seafood.
To support local businesses.
To showcase Manly as one of Queensland's great food destinations.

📍 Little Bayside Park, plus venues across Manly Harbour Village
🕙 Producer displays 10am to 2pm. Venues to their own hours.

Trail stop 2️⃣ for this Sunday Manly Fish Co.

Moreton Bay Prawn & Western Australian Whitebait Fritti, with saffron mayonnaise.

Two coastlines on one plate: sweet local prawns and delicate whitebait from the west, both fried light enough to stay crisp. The saffron mayo is what makes it.

We'll see you Sunday 2 August - 10am to 2pm.
