THIEVES STOLE THE SHOW! 🥈🏆

On Saturday we threw down our West Coast IPA Thieves against 20 of Queensland’s best breweries at Range Brewing's QLD IPA Cup...and we took home the People’s Choice Award, and Judge’s Runner Up!

But if you’ve been in the taproom over the past couple of weeks, you already knew it's a damn good drop. 😜 Visit us for your Thieves fix while it’s still pouring - we have a feeling it won’t last long now.

Plus, don't forget we have Trivia Thursday on tonight - kicking off from 6.30pm it's the perfect chance to try the award-winning Thieves!

Created by Covent Garden owners Kellie & Cuba, Imperfect Spirits was born from a shared love of great gin, great company, and the beautifully imperfect moments that make life memorable. What would the 27 South logo like if we launched in 2014? Maybe something like this.

We’re throwing back to that IBU soaked era with the release of Thieves west coast today. Pine forward bitterness, a resiny hop punch, and sharper lines than any 2014 arrow head or deer antler logo.

This one’s full send it back to peak west coast IPA era. A cracking 2010s playlist, smash burgers, limited sticker packs and the debut of our first edition ‘zine.

We've teamed up with our mates at Clayton Hops and thrown in Rhapzody, a new Kiwi hype hop that tears through with neon tropics, electric citrus and precise pine. Still contemporary. Still classic. But with sharper lines and louder intent.
