Trivia Night is on like Donkey Kong at 27 South tonight, and every fortnight moving forward. 🧠🍺

Lou Lou Fontana is swapping the dabbers for a microphone and a stack of questions, and she’s bringing every ounce of glamour and sass with her. Bingo had a good run, but from tonight it’s trivia every second Thursday.

Arrive from 6pm for a 6.30pm start. It’s free to play and there are prizes for the winning table. Food Baby Food Truck is on site serving burgers and fries, plus fresh b**rs on tap, local wines, spritzes, local spirits and snacks to see you through every round.

Venue owners and bottleshops, this one's for you.

Rosso is Australia's only red Italian pilsner, and nothing else on your tap list or shelf will look or taste like it. It launched at the brewery on Saturday with a long Italian lunch, and the response has been 'stupendo'. 🤌 Light-bodied, herbaceous and floral, with a tangerine finish at 5%, it suits warm afternoons, long lunches and anything that comes out of a pizza oven.

Kegs are available now to tap in your venue. Cans and cartons are available for your shelves and fridges.

Our printer got a bit nostalgic. A mix-up on the production line means the latest batch of Sunsets L***r has rolled out in our original can artwork. The b**r inside is brewed fresh: the same crisp, easy-drinking 4% l***r you know. It's just wearing it's old threads for a little while.

One Saturday. One very long lunch. Not a single tablecloth made it out clean.

Rosso's launch was everything we hoped for: chilled vibes, Food Baby Food Truck's Italian-inspired eats, 'That Italian Spritz' on tap, and a red Italian pilsner that was made for days like these. Thanks to everyone who came down and stayed far longer than planned.

Meet Rosso. 🤌🇮🇹
Picture this: Nick and Gus sat down to plan the next brew. Nick wanted an Italian pilsner. Gus had his heart set on another red. They met in the middle and said why not both?

The result is Rosso. Roasty. Herbaceous. Floral. Sweet. Finished off with a burst of refreshing tangerine. Light bodied but packed with character.
