AIU respectfully acknowledges the Kombumerri people of the Yugambeh language region as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we meet, work and teach.

This week, we recognise National NAIDOC Week and this year’s milestone theme, ‘50 Years of Deadly’, honouring the strength, culture, leadership and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Throughout the week, our team and course participants are enjoying lunches prepared by Flavours of the Earth, featuring native ingredients and bush tucker. Thank you for catering for us during NAIDOC Week.

WOW! What an amazing day! 🖤💛❤️

We just want to say a huge THANK YOU to the Ipswich community for the incredible support shown to us today at the Ipswich NAIDOC Day celebrations at Tulmur Place.

It was truly overwhelming to see so many people lining up and ordering food from our Flavours of the Earth Food Truck.

We are so proud to share our bush tucker flavours and native ingredients with the community, and once again, we SOLD OUT of most of our dishes! 🙌🏽

Your support means so much to our family and our business. Every meal purchased, every kind word and every person who came back for more made today very special for us.

Thank you, Tulmur Place, thank you Ipswich, and thank you to everyone who supported Flavours of the Earth today.
