Last week Airport Retail Group spent a few days in our demo kitchen, testing and shooting the menus for their new venues at Brisbane Airport and Western Sydney International Airport. 📸

Their chefs cooked and plated every dish on the exact equipment, crockery and packaging those venues will use when they open.
