Shabu shabu cold udon noodle salad is a fresh and light dish made with ‘shabu shabu’ style pork meat. The name comes from the popular Japanese hotpot dish called shabu shabu which is an onomatopoeia for the swishy sound made when cooking the very thinly sliced meat quickly in boiling water.

The pork is served on a bed of springy udon noodles topped with vegetables and finished off with a tasty sesame dressing. It’s the perfect refreshing salad for warmer days!
