http://www.baskandco.com.au Granola was developed after discovering there was a lack of nutrient rich, unprocessed, gluten free and refined sugar free breakfast cereals on the supermarket shelves. 6 months of recipe development went into creating Bask & Co. Granola is made with 100% natural, pesticide free and organic ingredients which have been carefully selected from local small businesses. Each small batch is crafted by hand at The Wandering Cooks, South Brisbane to ensure only the highest quality product reaches you. Our granola clusters are created from a base of pesticide free almonds, organic dried dates and organic coconut. We pride ourselves on sourcing only the highest quality ingredients and we even make our own almond butter! Granola is vegan, gluten free & refined sugar free. Making it a fantastic option for a variety of dietary requirements. How should I enjoy Bask & Co. Enjoy the chunky clusters straight out of the bag as a snack on the go, as a yoghurt or smoothie bowl topper for breakfast or with poached fruit as a healthy dessert.

Easton is back for a very rare cameo appearance and as always, he does not disappoint 😅

We made strawberry choc chip muffins using our Traditional Porridge with the blueberry muffin recipe by Ignite Nutrition Co| Bek from the website. They are DELICIOUS and super easy to make.

Did someone say high protein breakfast donuts? 🤯

The incredible Erin Lee whipped up this insane stack of donuts using our gluten free porridge and I am honestly in awe.

Keen to make them for yourself? Here is the recipe she has ever so generously shared with us 🩷

For the batter:
40g of bask & co gluten free porridge. (Blend to make a flour) then combine with

1 egg
100g Greek yoghurt baking powder
Vanilla extract

Divide into 4 donut moulds and bake for 10-15 mins at 180°C

For the coating:
Natvia sweetener
Itsp ground cinnamon

Serve with toppings of choice or enjoy on their own.

(I topped mine with berries and a protein drip - 10g protein powder and water until desired consistency- but you don’t have to add that part if you don’t want to. The main event is the donut haha)

I have some sad news. The Choc Banana Bikkies are being phased out to make way for our new Double Choc flavour 😭

I will finish off the packaging we have left in the warehouse and then they will be gone forever. So if you are a lover of the Banana - now is the time to stock up on the website 🩷

Good news is the Double Choc are UNREAL. I can't wait for you to get your hands on them!

A trip down memory lane 🥹

The Traditional Porridge is 20% off in Woolworths this week which got me thinking about how far I've come.

This didn't happen overnight... It took 10 years of working incredibly hard, being told no more times than I can remember and having blind belief that I would make this business a success 🩷

I couldn't be prouder seeing that porridge on the shelves of 300 Woolies stores around Australia! Thank you for supporting my small business and helping make my dreams come true 🫶🏼

The breakfast tower tour continued today on the Gold Coast!

I visited 4 stores and had some mixed results again - but it's great to see products moving in all stores 🥳 have a look and see how they faired against Brisbane yesterday.
