Online store temporary changes! I took a very last minute chance to take a holiday to lovely Queenstown! (Passport arrived 16h before the flight I took!)

Which means I can’t currently fulfil any online coffee orders! I apologise for the inconvenience but I haven’t had any time off in over 6 years and really needed it. I’ll be back Sunday night so orders will be roasted fresh and on their way to you Monday or Tuesday latest! I’m so sorry for the inconvenience, if you’d like your order refunded instead just let me know!

Thanks to you all for the ongoing love and support for my small business. As a one person business it makes it hard to take time off, so I’m really thankful for this opportunity to reset a little bit.

Talk to you all soon!!

Well that’s a wrap on the special edition tin release coffee! All sold out! :(

Did you get your hands on some? What did you think of it, did it meet your expectations for a special release coffee? If so, or if not, the why!? I want to keep doing these, so would love your feedback on what you do or don’t like about them?

More fruity? Less fruity? Don’t like the 200g, want a bigger option that’s not in a tin? Tell me all about it!

Thanks again to .power for killing this artwork! Have had so much great feedback from it!

Let’s talk a bit more about this coffee! Ethiopia - Buko!

Buko is a coffee from the Guji zone in Ethiopia, which is a region known for producing coffees with vibrant flavours and aromatics. Grown at high elevations, means this coffee develops slowly, resulting in dense cherries layered and complex flavours.

After harvest, the coffee is transferred to dry raised beds, where the coffee dries over a few days.

This coffee has a nice floral aroma but is filled with blueberries and sweetness. A slight funky vibe but mixed with some florals, it’s quite balanced! I’m really loving this coffee as a milk based espresso this morning! But also an incredible filter brew.

Have you tried it yet? How’s it tasting?
