If ur up with eupepsia and down with digestion, come tend to your intestinal-interior at the bacteria cafeteria (we'll even make ginger beer with ya!). what to bring : : homegrown, local, organic and/or foraged, wild and recycled food encouraged - cause super-markets are actually pretty mediocre. things we can never get enough of include sugar, pears, sea salt, green papaya, papaya leaves, cabbage

s, green beans, beets, honey, carrots, raw milk, asparagus, ginger, daikon, cucumbers, rice bran, molasses, apples, cauliflowers, *clean* containers, food-grade buckets, jars and tallies. but most importantly bring yr ideas, if you have a ferment or culture to share with others, we'd be stonkered, just rsvp with any equipment you might need.
