This is the hard part of the year for non hydroponic watercress. Demand goes through the roof but supply ceases due to frostbite.

I'd rather not pick and sell purple watercress sorry whanau. I will update everyone when the quality improves as the weather starts to warm up out west and I can start supplying everyone again.
