Some mid-week swishing of steel over the wheels. The huge 25cm kiritsuke was AWESOME. Took a wicked fine edge and felt so nice in the hand. Makes me want to add slabs of fish to our menu plan so I've got a reason to buy one!

Dundee "That's a knife!" Not the typical set of knives over the bench today :) The magic marker mark in the middle is a to help me locate a wee nic on the wheel and grind it out, likely caused when bash whacking on its last outdoors adventure.

The #3 kitchen knife was repaired too, came in with a broken off tip.
