Who is ready to make memories this weekend? We are so pumped for the this Sunday! A sold out event with over 3900 runners taking place! I am Grounded is proudly popping up and supporting with our energy bars and cold brew with benefits! Can’t wait to meet you all!

For those following at home, we’ve been working on a new product line - something super special for the last few years. Developed in conjunction with the university of QLD’s food innovation hub, it’s going to aid with sport recovery and hydration, that’s all we’ll say. 🤫 comment if you can guess what it is?

Most people know coffee.⁠

But not many people know coffee fruit.⁠
⁠
Coffee fruit is the fruit that grows around the coffee bean, and it is usually discarded after the bean is harvested.⁠
⁠
We use it for three reasons:⁠
⁠
It contains naturally occurring caffeine⁠
It is rich in antioxidants, including polyphenols, flavonoids and chlorogenic acid⁠
It helps upcycle coffee fruit that would otherwise go to waste⁠
⁠
The coffee fruit in each SUPR Bar upcycles around 50g of coffee fruit, while helping create another income stream for coffee farmers in Colombia.⁠

That is why it is the hero ingredient in everything we make.
