Rather than arriving as a statement, the development has been conceived as a natural continuation of its surrounds. A new era of riverfront living is taking shape at Teneriffe Banks.

In collaboration with IHG Hotels & Resorts, Kokoda Property will bring Brisbane’s first Kimpton Hotel to the river’s edge, uniting design, hospitality and lifestyle in one remarkable address.

Last week, we welcomed our community into Kokoda House for an intimate evening that marked a pivotal moment in the evolution of Teneriffe Banks.

The event brought together the story of the Kimpton Hotel and Teneriffe Banks, offering a shared moment to experience the vision as it moves from concept to reality. With Versatile now appointed as builder and construction approaching, the evening carried a strong sense of momentum and anticipation.

Guests immersed themselves in the Kimpton brand and explored the ground floor precinct, envisioned as a vibrant riverfront destination shaped by hospitality, wellness, retail and lifestyle experiences. Designed to foster connection and everyday moments, the precinct is grounded in a thoughtful and enduring sense of place.

We thank everyone who joined us for this final celebration at Kokoda House, a meaningful moment shared before we make way for construction and the next chapter of Teneriffe Banks begins.

A defining moment for Brisbane.

Kokoda Property Group is proud to announce Versatile Construction as the builder for the $1.5 billion Teneriffe Banks precinct, a landmark 17,612 sqm riverfront development. The precinct will feature 212 luxury residences across four architecturally distinct buildings, Brisbane’s first Kimpton Hotel, retail, hospitality, and wellness offerings, alongside more than 10,000 sqm of parkland, gardens, and public spaces.

Partnering with Versatile Construction gives us confidence to deliver a precinct that sets a new benchmark for luxury living, curated experiences and vibrant riverfront activation. Together, we will bring the vision for Teneriffe Banks to life, creating a destination that residents and visitors will enjoy for generations.
