These vibrant trays are our powerhouse crop. Broccoli microgreens are rich in sulforaphane, a compound shown to support cellular health, reduce inflammation and boost the body’s vitality.

We grow them fresh weekly at Yield City Farm under lights in Brisbane city. Harvested within 7-10 days for peak nutrition and flavour.
