Is your venue ready for the new Seafood Labelling laws?
From 1 July 2026, venues serving seafood for immediate consumption will need to show customers whether that seafood is Australian, imported or mixed origin before they order.
For restaurants, cafés, pubs, clubs, takeaway venues and delivery menus, now is the time to check seafood items, supplier origin information, printed menus, digital menus, ordering platforms and staff knowledge.
