A fantastic weekend celebrating fresh Australian seafood, including All About Oysters with Matt Moran presented by Moco and South Bank's newest venue, Azure Mediterranean from Alemre Group.

Our chefs Kyle, Jody and Craig took to the Masterclass Kitchen, with Chef Kyle also taking out the Oyster Shucking Competition. 🏆🦪

Moco Chef Collective at Mapleton Public House.

The Sunshine Coast edition brought chefs, hospitality professionals, venue partners, and premium suppliers together for a private long lunch shaped around product on the plate and conversation in the room.

Across the day, each course created a direct connection between the people sourcing, supplying, cooking, and serving exceptional food.
