You know, the recipes our mothers,aunts & grandmothers used while growing up in Aotearoa New Zealand.....the recipes that have ingrained our memories with only the sweet taste of goodness, food we still think about
not have eaten since a child or a very long time.......well, thats the taste
Taua's baking is aiming for.... Our most popular and favourites being the traditional NZ Afghans & Peanut

Brownies are baked in Jumbo sizes, thats so the bite into every biscuit almost feels like its lingering forever!!!....Taua also bakes other NZ classic sweets, such as Ginger Crunch, Fresh Cream Choc Eclairs, Choc Logs and Banana Cakes, fresh cream NZ style doughnuts, bacon & Egg pies and a NZ Meat pie range to come soon and this is only to name a few. To find us we currently have a stall at the Logan Central Markets (Wembley Road Main shopping mall carpark) every Sunday 6am-12pm and also provide Taua's Afghans & Peanut Brownies Biscuits at 'Sias Takeaway' (Foods from the Pacific) in Logan Central (behind Dominos). We will be opening up a store in Logan so look out for more information comming your way on FB. So, come along indulge and reminisce while enjoying some of Taua's NZ yummy treats.....
