🥗 It all started with a bag of salad.

This month marks 31 years since the first One Harvest bag of salad was produced at our Brisbane facility in September 1995.

What started with a single site has grown into a national business with more than 800 team members across Australia. While a lot has happened since, our passion for fresh food remains the same. 💚

Keeping fresh food moving takes teamwork. 🤝

Meet Ioane and Tyrone, two of the forklift operators at our Brisbane facility. Working across Dispatch and Receivals, they help keep products moving safely and efficiently throughout the site, supporting the flow of fresh produce every day.

While most people only see the finished product on supermarket shelves, it's roles like these—and the people who perform them—that help keep fresh food moving from one stage of the journey to the next.

Because behind every fresh product is a team making it happen. 🥗

After an incredible 31 years with One Harvest, we're celebrating the retirement of our wonderful colleague, Liz Belbin, from our Brisbane team.

For more than three decades, Liz has been a valued part of the One Harvest family, bringing dedication, hard work and care to everything she does. Her contribution has helped shape our team, and she'll be greatly missed by everyone who has had the pleasure of working alongside her.

At One Harvest, we know that businesses are built by people. Taking the time to celebrate milestones like this reminds us of the amazing individuals who make our workplaces what they are.

Across our sites, conversations have shifted from weekend plans and the weather to favourite teams, family connections and who might be lifting the trophy this year.
