How to enjoy a bowl of Pho?
It can be said that cuisine is an art that gives birth to all arts in life. And in the culture and culinary arts from the East to the West of many countries around the world, in many famous dishes that are unique and rich works of art, Pho is a dish that deserves its attention and well-knowness.
Pho, a famous Vietnamese dish, was born from the cultural and culinary exchange between the East and the West in the history of Vietnam about 100 years ago, from the time of French colonial rule in Indochina peninsula.
With a blend of traditional and modernity, pho is both sophisticated and convenient, and at the same time represents the balance between nutrition and health, excitement and tranquility.
Each bowl of Pho is created from a balanced combination of many ingredients - meat, starch and green vegetables. In particular, the ingenuity in combining many processing methods such as grilling and roasting spices to simmering beef bones for 12 hours helps create a nutritious, delicious and attractive broth.
It is not too much to say that Pho is not only a dish but also a work of art of flavor. It truly harmoniously converges all seven basic elements in culinary art such as: ‘umami, salty, sweet, sour, spicy, bitter, astringent". Similar to the seven basic colors ‘red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet’ of painting. Or the seven basic notes ‘do, re, mi, fa, sol, la, si’ of music.
And above all, Pho, although a normal dish, is also a delicate work of art, helping to move the senses of the person enjoying it.
So how can you enjoy a bowl of Pho?
