Sunshine Organic Miso follows the traditional Japanese method in making quality miso paste. They source the raw ingredients from Australian rice & soybean farmers, certified organic, non GMO and un-irradiated. This miso is non-pasteurised so provides beneficial bacteria count for gut health. And they’re all delicious!
