🏗️ RiverGreen taking shape

Construction is progressing at Silverstone’s RiverGreen development, with both stages advancing on program.

Stage 1 is now moving through façade and internal works, while Stage 2 has commenced structural construction, including key building elements.

This progress is helping deliver new homes at Northshore Hamilton as the precinct continues to grow into a connected and liveable riverside community.

Our June 2026 Northshore Hamilton project update is here!

There’s been strong interest in the recently released residential and mixed‑use land, major progress across the Street Renewal Program, and exciting construction milestones at Rockpool Residential Aged Care and RiverGreen by Silverstone.

The Forefront has also wrapped up its first DispatchX ecommerce accelerator cohort, and there’s a huge lineup of events happening across the precinct, from Eat Street Northshore and Portside Wharf to Superordinary, Flipside Circus and Bluey’s World.

Ministry of Sound: Testament 2026 is returning to Brisbane, taking over Superordinary with back-to-back sessions celebrating the sounds that defined club culture.

From the 90s pioneers who helped shape global dance floors, to the 00s trailblazers who carried it forward... this is a deep dive into the music, artists and energy that defined generations of nightlife.

Set inside a warehouse setting, expect a high-impact experience built for the dancefloor.

Where ideas are made, tested and shaped. Inside the studios at Northshore Hamilton, artistic practices are shaped as much by people as they are by space.

Artists Jody Rallah and Dan McDonnell are among those calling the Outer Space studios home, spaces designed to support experimentation, reflection, and making.

Outer Space is a not-for-profit arts organisation proud to support artists through its gallery in Fortitude Valley and two studio spaces at the Northshore Precinct, just minutes from the Brisbane CBD.

Jody expresses how the Workshops and Makerspaces have supported and extended her practice, while Holly Campbell, Director of Outer Space highlights the importance of flexible, purpose-built spaces that allow artists to focus deeply on their work and creative development and why access to space for artists matters.
