Tired? Do it anyway?
While I’m making or cleaning up dinner, I’m also packing breakfast and lunches for the next day.
3 reasons I pack the night before:
– Mornings are calmer (we’re up and out by 6:30)
– I get a few extra minutes of sleep or a workout in
– Keeps the kitchen tidy since everything’s already out from the fridge/cupboard
