Prime Cut Meats is a locally owned wholesale butcher, established in 2007 by two Brisbane butchers who realised there was a void in the local catering market. Before 2007, Queensland chefs and cooks relied on interstate supply of branded meat products. So Laurie and Neil focused their energies on securing supply of the most sought after national meat brands available, then distributing them from u

nder one umbrella - Prime Cut Meats. Now there isn’t a brand in the country we can’t supply to the restaurants and hotels of south-east Queensland. Having built a strong reputation since inception, Prime Cut Meats continues to expand its customer base to include most of Brisbane's best restaurants. Our aim is to grow Prime Cut Meats at every level in order to better service you, our customers, and elevate the industry to new levels.
