WE NEED YOU!

Tastes of the Goulburn is a not-for-profit, 100% volunteer run event for you - our community.

But, in order to be able to deliver Tastes for the 23rd year in a row, we need people to put their hands up to join our committee and bring this event to Station Street, Seymour.

Do you have meaningful skills to contribute, helping with the delivery of the event across the following areas? If so, please contact the committee at [email protected] and get onboard.

- Operations, hire and logistics: Managing permitting, logistics, hire, styling etc.
- Marketing: Supporting with the creation, scheduling and distribution of marketing assets
- Entertainment: Working with our entertainment lead to support with talent management (contract negotiation, AV requests, on day talent management etc)
- Volunteers: On the day support greeting guests and helping at required stations

We have lovingly delivered this event year after year, and we still have the passion and talent to do so, but not without more hands!

If you want Station Street to come to live on Saturday 17 April 2027, now is your time to get involved.

Barista made fresh coffee available Yea Railway Market we only use premium coffee beans freshly ground. We use fresh full cream & light milk, we also have Almond, Oat, Soy and Lactose free premium milks.

Our iced coffee & iced chocolate are a crowd favourite.
Not to mention our sweet & savoury crepes.

Make sure you pop down and say Hello, there is a great turn out of vendors and the rain has eased it looks like the sun is popping though as well. What a beautiful day…

All proceeds from the gate collection go towards Yea Pony Club…

Yes the Yea Railway Market is going ahead, it’s now 7:40am and the vendors are starting to roll in. We are all set up and ready to serve Coffee and our famous Ham & Cheese Crepes. So make sure you pop over and support this wonderful market that the committee work so hard behind the scenes to make sure it goes ahead.

🐴 WHAT AN AMAZING 9 DAYS 🐴

A huge THANK YOU to Tri Star Quarter Horse Stud and the entire team for
having us at the 2026 Victorian Cutting Futurity.

It was an incredibly well-run event, and we loved being there serving up our crepes and coffees. ☕️ ☕️ ☕️

Most importantly, thank you to every single person who supported our family-run business. ❤️

Whether you grabbed your morning coffee, came back for your favourite crepe, brought the whole family over, or simply stopped for a chat — we genuinely appreciate every one of you.

Events like this are long days and a lot of work behind the scenes, but the support we received made it absolutely worthwhile.

Congratulations to everyone involved in putting together such a fantastic event, and to all the competitors.

Thank you for having us, Tri Star - we hope to see you all again next year! 🐴 ☕️

𝑾𝒆𝒍𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝑴𝒊𝒔𝒏𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒌🌿

🏡Home of Tri Star Quarter Horse Stud and the Victorian Cutting Futurity.

'𝑴𝒊𝒔𝒏𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉’ is an old Irish🇮🇪word meaning courage, but its meaning runs much deeper.

It speaks of spirit, determination, resilience & strength of character. The courage to keep going when things get tough. To back yourself when doubt creeps in. To dig a little deeper, step forward & have another go.

We think that makes it a pretty fitting name for a place where cutting horses, competitors & good people come together🤍

For the next week & a half, we open the gates & warmly welcome you. Settle in, enjoy the competition, catch up with old friends, make some new ones, soak up everything that makes our cutting horse community special.

𝑴𝒊𝒔𝒏𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒌 is also our home and a privately owned facility so the Tri Star Team asks everyone looks after it.

𝗔 𝗙𝗲𝘄 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀🌿

⛺ No sleeping on the ground — for insurance purposes, all campers must sleep in a horse float, gooseneck, caravan or similar.
🐴 Horse yards — facility fees provide space for horses; owners/trainers must supply their own electric fencing.
🧹 Leave it as you found it — manure and rubbish must be removed to designated areas. Uncleaned camps or tape yards will incur a clean-up fee per site.
🐕 Dogs must be restrained at all times and are not permitted in the arena or eating areas.
💚 Respect the grounds, facilities and surrounds, clean up after yourself.
