Over the weekend, we had the pleasure of catering a vibrant Desi wedding with an epic Chaat Station. Chaat was my weakness back in India, so I was over the moon when N & D asked for it. Watching non-Indians experience chaat for the first time was unforgettable being able to share my heritage through food is a true blessing… x Jace

Every year, 2 Montys and a whole bunch of local wedding legends, (ourselves included) donate their time, services and products towards an incredible wedding package that is auctioned off to the highest bidding couple, with 100% of proceeds going straight to charity.

This year, the wedding package is worth over $100k and our chosen charity is the Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation

And here’s everything you need to know:
