The dried fruit of Raisins, Sultanas, Cranverries & Peel is soaked over night in Earl Grey Tea & has rich & thick Marmalade blended through the mix.

Traditionally served with lashings of Butter & Treacle & of course more Tea!

This version is from the South of Wales!

Another surprise this weekend was a gift of some fabulous Indian treats from my fellow Brookvale business owner Monica from moniraatelier

Monica has just returned from a purchasing trip & to visit her family & naturally, I could not wait to tuck in!

Made from Cashews & decorated with Silver Leaf, they are a delicately subtle flavour that pair perfectly with a Chai!

Naturally, I'll have to work them into the menu for next week for you to try too!

The Spiced Pumpkin & Walnut Cake - gone!

The Blackberry & Lemon Yoghurt Bliss Cake - gone!

There was a run of the hand made Raspberry & Navel Orange Jam - but perhaps that was because of the hand made Montè Carlo Biscuits - gone!

Bubblegum Rainbow Sprinkle Marshmallows!
